But I wonder if Obama's make-up-man is deliberately screwing up His Lipstick?

Probably a rascally Republican. Something is not normal with Obama's make-up.

They make Obama look like a character in "Night of the Living Dead" Movie.

I'm sure Republicans are behind it.
