Does Obama understand separation of the three branches of government?

Apparently not. He says that the GOP should join him in opposing a recent Supreme Court ruling. This guy, who purports to be a legal expert, apparently does not know that the Supreme Court has ALREADY RULED and that the Executive and Legislative branches of the government are separate and should not put political pressure on the SCOTUS.
