If a friend was sinning, would you tell them or would you "Not judge, least you be judged?"

I think you disregarding the notion of Sin, (which ultimately leads to death). Harm is a new age word, which means to hurt someone or yourself. To take Sin out of the equation would negate the need for the Saviour Jesus (as only he can remove our sins and grant us eternal life). You can remove your own harm, but it won't prevent your own eternal destruction, unless you ask Jesus into your life)
