i'm trying to lose wieght cuz i weigh a lot for someone my age so i'm gonna stop eating breakfast eat a little lunch cuz i eat a lot (and no more junk food) n eat nothing 4 dinner and also exercise
what i wanna know is that is it going to work i mean lose weight and not lose any muscles while going through that and can i get thinner and a flat belly
