Does not applying for financial aid to a university increase your chances of getting in?

I am applying to be admitted to a few mildly selective schools University of New Hampshire, Suffolk University, University of Colorado at Boulder, and Ohio Wesleyan. These schools (as far as I know) are not need-blind. I have around a 3.0 GPA, a decent essay, and a average range of community service, extracurriculars, sports, etc. Essentially, an all around pretty average student. Would it increase my chances of getting accepted if I didn't apply for financial aid?
