...public state university? It's horribly unfair if its true, but if you do not apply for financial aid (and i know they see this), would that increase one's chances of getting into a public state university AT ALL? (especially if your out of state? - i assume they usually want the tuition $$$ and maybe want to see that they can count on you to pay fully?). That would be really unfair if it were true but i really don't know how these things work so i was just wondering.
