I used work in a company A and signed a non-compete non-disclosure agreement for 3 years. I left the company A half year later and start another job. Now I want to start a business which is same as what company A does in its subsidairy company B. But I have never involve in that subsidairy company B before. And also I had the same business as company B has overseas even before I joined company A. So would I be considered as violate the non-compete non-disclosure agreement if I start my business in US now?
Does non-compete non-disclosure agreement appliy to this situation?
