Does Nokia Symbian phones have a tracking device? What will happen if I dont pay my bill and leave the country?

Im on a contract and I can't afford to pay it anymore and I've plans to leave the country I'm living

I really do love this phone I do not want to give this one away, After using this phone for a while I feel the complete ownership for this phone,

what can you advise

I'm jobless and cant afford to pay it and ve plans to leave the country and not come back!
