I. Really really like how e71 felt when browsing the menu. It was fast and pleasant. Does n95 have the same feel or is it more laggy. I tried my friends N95 and it felt bit laggy. But then again he had rogers firmware on it which has a lot of crap installed on it. When getting cell phone I must know in advance how the menu browsing will be like. I hate with passion slow menus for simple take such as opening a text message or something like that.

Does N95-4 have same fast snappy menu as E71?

I wouldnt say the N95 8GB is laggy by any means, however I will say the E71 is snappier than the N95
My E71 is snappier than my N95 8GB for sure. My N95 hasn't had a full reset in a while but there's a noticeable difference for me. It wouldn't be as noticeable going from the N95 to the E71 but it bothers me when I put the SIM back into the N95 after using the E71 for some time.

There's a lag when you first turn on the device. It takes a couple of click-throughs to get it up to speed.

All my other nokias (N95, N95 8GB, N82) are slower than the E71. The E71 is instantaneous.

my n95-4 was slightly slower than my e71, but not much honestly. The n95-4 is super fast with a clean fresh firmware, and after 6 months its a tad slower. And it is true that each boot up you have to go thru 1 menu browsing to load it into memory, then its instant after that and you can fly thru the menus pretty much instant. But the e71 does have the advantage. However having owned both phones, the n95 speed is totally fast enough, so no worries.
