I have an essay prompt for the book "Bless Me, Ultima" and since I didn't bring my materials to class I was wondering if you can help. Does my thesis make sense and are there anyways to improve it? Same with my introduction please.
Prompt: At what point does Tony begin to set his idealism aside and start to lose his spiritual innocence, and what events contribute to that loss?
Thesis Statement: After experiencing several tragedies, Anthony loses his spiritual innocence causing him to question the meaning of his belief.
Introduction: At the beginning of Bless Me, Ultima, Anthony was innocent to the ways of the world. He only believed in what his Catholic faith had taught him and the very small amount of evil doings he had witnessed.
