Does my separation agreement have to be prepared by a lawyer?

We both reside in Ontario.

If I write up the separation agreement myself, what are the restrictions for who can be the witnesses that sign the agreement? Could my 21 year old daughter be a witness for one of us?
 
Its best if an attorney drew up the papers but this isnt set in concrete as long as one of you has an idea what youre doing. Witneeses should not be family for obvious reasons. good luck
 
no dear you have to engage a lawyer for it because they know all things which have to be mentioned in a sepration petition!GOOD LUCK!
