does my five include long distance calls between the two partys? (bell mobility)?

hey guys my girlfriend is in Mexico and we are keeping in touch through txt messaging and occasional calls. im in bell mobility and she is on rogers but we both are on each other's my 5. i ws wondering of there is going to be any big charges on our cell phone bills due to long distance calls
 
There will likely be at least Roaming charges, if not LD.
Even within Canada, we get dinged for LD if we call and are on the wrong tower.
