Does my fish have a tumor?

My fish, an Iridescent Shark, has this roundish bump on one of his sides, it's a fairly large bump in his skin, and it probably sticks out a half a centimeter, which is pretty large considering the fish is only like 8-9 inches long. It's on the side of it's abdomen area. Please let me know if you have any advice, or if you have a clue as to what it might be. Thanks!
 
Few possibilities, I could name them to you and you search the web for the photos and compare it to your fish. There should treatments and recommendation online from many good source.

1. Nodular Disease - Cause by parasites
2. Fish Pox - Viral infection (Lymphocystis)
3. Tumors - Chemical or genetics (not infectious)
