Does my exercise routine help me get bigger or slim but toned?

I have been working out about 5x a week for the past 3 months and my main goal is to get lose weight and get toned in the process. For the first month my routine was run 20 min-weight for about an hour- run 20 min, but after reading some articles, I heard that running alot and lift weight the same can cause you to burn muscle. After reading this, I changed my routine to
Mon- tricep,bicep, legs for an hour and then run for 20 mins, have basketabll game at night
Tues- Chest, back, shoulder for an hour then run 20 mins
Wednesday- run 20 mins, abs for about 40 mins, run another 20mins
Sunday- indoor soccer game

After this, I start all over Friday. Is this good routine for a person who is looking to get slim and tone? If not, can any1 give me a routine for when I go to the gym? I am a bit on the chubby side right now but I've been eating health for 2 mouths now.
I'm 22 about 5'5 and currently weight 155 and looking to go down 140.
