ok so i got a question about my custody rihght with my son. tonight i was at a pub and i was gonna be meetin up with my ex bout some shit she had to give to me. anyways this big ass ruck broke out with me and my mates i had to go n get stitchess and a cast at the hospiotal so i had me sister call her and tell her. she came to the hospital threatening to take away my visitation with my kid. myy questions are these 1. does she even have a ccase here? 2. iof she does are they gonna look at my record for some shit thats gonna end up effecting this? (i have 1 public mischeif charge an 2 assault charges.....thanks
