i have a really fast metabolism and im really skinny im 14 and id do like 50 situps once a week and id get a six pack and i ate like a pig only now have i tooken training seriously now i can do about 40 pushups and 100 situps so if i want to push beyond the limits of human perfection at a young age would my diet matter i don`t really see the point i can still jog six miles even though i eat junk food most the time but my oral hygene does seem to pay for that good thing i brush my teeth.
