if it was a minor bang? I was reversing the car out of the drive this morning when a car hit the left side (the passenger side) of my car by the boot. My two year old daughter's car seat was in the back seat on the right hand side behind the driver's seat.
The damage to the car was just a broken tail light, some scratches and dints. My wife thinks we need to replace the car seat because it's now not as safe. I only thought it mattered in more serious accidents than a broken tail light.
