i'm asking because Ive never had muscle like this before (i used to be a skinny guy) and not i have muscle my body just looks weird to me
did i build up my muscle right

answer for pookie;
i drink a protien shake eveyday and i work one muscle group one every 3 days (sometimes i do miss days lol)
but i work arms on monday
