I recently purchased a 2008 corvette. The body on these cars are almost completely made of fiberglass. The car sits really close to the ground and I recently ran over a branch on the freeway and slightly cracked the lower panel on the car....really nothing major but I would like to get it repaired. In addition the door panel has a hairline crack and requires to be repaired as well . I've been told the entire door panel must be replaced to do the job right and it runs about 3,000 dollars.
I have full coverage insurance with state farm and have been a loyal customers for 10 years. I would like to initiate a claim but I do not know if I qualify. Any pointers and advice will be greatly appreciated.
