Does Monster sell the old breakable beats by dr dre solos anymore?

just a quick question, i ordered the beats regular solos off of amazon and i wanna make sure im getting the one with the "superior stength headband" one. im just a little concerned because on amazon it said Beats by dr dre solos by monster (september 9th 2009) that date concerned me a little bit so im not sure if im getting the new solos that are flexible. can anyone help here and tell me if im right or not? and i already ordered them.
Please help, this is making me nervous.
 
dude those are the old beats solo's. sorry man. the new one are called "solo HD" the old solo's they don't sell anymore. sorry since no one replied bro.
