nope they dont for a spouse...I had implants had to pay, also had serious health issues after a few years and other complications and the military also wouldnt pay to remove them even with a plastic surgeon stating that my life was in danger if they werent removed...my husband and I had to shell out 13,000 dollars for the removal and lift...so if you want boobs that badly you better be prepared for the full spectrum of issues that come with them....and your real breasts will never be the same if those implants ever have to come out.
