So hypothetically, a person with a visible deformity who was running for office would not be allowed to air campaign ads.
& what do you think about this law? Personally I think it's offensive and discriminatory even if it's only applied against "freak shows", though it was probably intended to go against discrimination. Attempts at political correctness tend to backfire.
