i want to create a website and i want the users to be able to contribute to the website
(for example, writing stories, posting comments, registering, logging in, be friend-ing users, following users)
but im sort of a newbie at this. Does all of the components listed above require php?
If you can give me a link on simple PHP tutorial, or explain to me; that'd be great. thanks.
