substantive due process gives us a few rights(ie. freedom of speech freedom of the press freedom of privacy freedom to associate) because megans laws generaly say where you CAN NOT LIVE or go how is this NOT violate the substantive due process
p.s. you also hav to at a police station at a certain time(within 48 hrs) to report changes to ur info)not only do you have to give up PRIVATE INFO but your liberty is restricted by requireing you be some where at a certain time frame not allowing you to be where you want to be(anywhere EXCEPT a police station)
