This is a class thing. The underclass those who cannot pay inflated rents, because they work for minimum wages, got sick etc, Are treated as less than full fledged Americans. Instead of laws being fairly applied, those who administer General Assistance, poverty programs-LIE about aspects of the law. This is done to turn away those who qualifies for aid. and media refused to cover this Un-American, immoral acts.
