I have a deficiency in something, and Im thinking its protein. I dont have money for testing or a doctor etc, but Im having skin problems and Im taking a wide array of supplements which have been helping it, but its hard to pinpoint which supplement exactly so I can take more of it. I dont want to only take 1 supplement at a time because Im worried about my condition getting worse if I let up on it now.....but anyways, Im a pescatarian (I dont eat meat or chicken but eat fish). Fish is high in protein but there was many months where the only fish I was getting was from mcdonalds fish filet. Im wondering if you think its the same as normal fish or do they do something which may cause it to lose its protein or other nutrients that normal fish has? I havent had it in a long time because Im so sick of mcdonalds but just wondering if it may have been a protein deficiency I had. I ate about 4 of those a week
