Does mazda warranty cover a cv joint?

I have an 05 Mazda 3i and the wheel basically fell off the axle and the little control arm I think it is is just hanging there. Would this be covered under the manufacturers warranty or am I up a creek?
Here is a picture, the cv join came out of its little slot, and in the second one there should be somewhere on the wheel
