Does martial arts stunt growth?

Ok. I saw the karate kid with Jaden Smith and Zhenwei Wang as cheng, the bully. I liked how Zhenwei Wang did his kung fu and I know he knos kung fu in real life. I wanted to be like him. I started working on flexibility and kung fu. My first task was to master something called tong Qi Gong. Requiring lots of flexibility and endurance. When they told me to do the bridge and work on back flexibility I got worried because i heard back flexibility stunts growth. This isnt a question on kung fu stunting growth, its a question on back flexibility stunting growth(which kung fu requires). So how did Zhenwei Wang keep his height normal with kung fu training and anyone give me advice so I can grow. Im now officially 16 this sunday and i am 5 foot 2 and a half. I would like to be 5 foot 4 or 5 foot 5 at least. I drink lots af milk, have a perfectly normal diet with four meals a day cus im also in track as a middle distance runner and sleeping at 9:30 waking up at 6:20. Anything else to help me grow? And does kung fu back flexibility (bridge and forward touching the shins) stunt growth?
PS, for those of you who have seen my question about the splits and how I saw Zhenwei Wang do it on Karate kid, thank you for all your help. I improved 1 whole foot and now 32 inches from the floor. thank you.
sorry, when I said forward touching the shins, I meant when my teacher told me to bend forward without bending my knees and try to get my forehead to touch my shin(right below the knees).
sorry, not 32 inches from the floor, i am now 2 inches from the floor on the side splits.
