Does Los Angeles County have a residential 'No Posting' law?

We get tons of flyer junk a week piled up on our door - we put up a 'NO FLYERS, ADVERTISING' sign but it is ignored. I call the companies on the flyer to complain (mostly take-out places) but it falls on deaf ears. Do I have ANY recourse to make this stop?
