it hard to make friends? i'm so worried about that thing
i'll be an international student in the US and will live off campus
soo i know nobody there

is it hard to get involved while you're off campus (really close to campus)

it's not hard to get involved if you live off campus and make new friends but it is easier to make friends if you did live in the dorms with others. Just having some people next door is more convenient. When your university has its involvement fair, just find some clubs your interested in and go and meet people. There shouldn't be a problem unless your school is very anti-social.

I always hear that living on campus enriches the college experience, but really, if living on campus isn't an option, then there's no way around it.

I go to college and don't dorm, and it's fine.

Since you're so worried, join a club. You'll get friends that way for sure.
