does leaving nestle bottled water in ur car cause cancer or what?

alot of ppl said it causes breast cancer, cancer, etc. my family leaves bottled water in the car all the time. it freezes in the winter, sometimes is REALLY hot in the summer and sometimes warm. we put it in the car for a year or so, until we drink it all. is this safe?
