Does leaving 1/3 way cooked chicken out of the oven for about 10 minutes then

putting it back in mess anything? up in any way? my husband put chicken in the oven but he didnt do it right, so i took it out, prepared some veggies which took about 10 minutes, then put it back in. would that spoil the chicken in any way?

Nope. It would have to sit for 2-4 hours before bacteria would begin to grow. As long as that chicken reached 165-185 within 2 hours of your taking it out, it should be fine.

it's ok to cook the chicken again. Ive done this b4 when our dad cooked the chicken on high and it was bloody in the inside

As long as it's still cooked through in the end, that should be fine I've done that before when I forgot to put potatoes on.
