Does John 14:24 imply that those who don't obey Jesus' commandments don't love him?

John 14:24: "He who does not love me will not obey my teaching. These words you hear are not my own; they belong to the Father who sent me."

Among Jesus' commandments are:
* Baptism (Mark 16:16; John 3:5)
* Believing Christ and putting faith in him (Luke 7:50, 8:12; John 3:14-16, 36; 5:24, 34; 6:40, 47; 10:9; 11:25-26; 14:6; 17:3)
* Self-renunciation (Matt 5:3, 10; 10:39; 16:25; 19:23; Mark 8:35; 10:21; Luke 9:24; 17:33; 18:22; John 12:25)
* Repentance (Matt 3:2; 4:17; 18:8-9; Mark 9:42-48) to obtain forgiveness (Luke 1:77, 24:47; John 20:23)
* Moral self-correction in obedience to God's commandments (Matt 5:20; 7:21; 19:17; Luke 10:25-28; John 12:50)
* Doing what is just and charitable (Matt 25; Mark 10:17-18;)
* Adopting the humility of a child (Matt 18:3-4; 19:14)
* Eating the bread of life (John 6:51, 53-54)
* Endurance to the end (Matt 10:22, 24:13; Mark 13:13, Luke 21:16-18)
