Does it seem like NASCAR is being a little lenient with aggressive driving with

I think they are just too lenient with the landscape material and the delivery driver!

I don't think so. Good example last night when Shrub almost spun out Biffle.

In the old style cars, that would have been a nasty wreck. Then they could have hit him with a "aggressive driving" violation.

But with the new cars, and the spoiler down-force, the wreck didn't happen.

I don't think so the COT is safer and if you look at the cautions and wrecks this year compared to last year they are more controlled they aren't flying and rolling four and five times. They are not bursting into flames. I think NASCAR is changing with the times maybe we all should.

I agree with you. Funny.. I heard some people just last year say that Dale Sr. would never survive in today's NASCAR. Now, it seems the Car of Tomorrow is allowing guys like Sr to be aggressive again. I'm always amazed how easily they save this car.
The other interesting thing is you can now start a race in the back and worry less about getting caught up in a Robby Gordon started wreck. Starting position means less in this car. But, on the other hand the drivers are bitching about how hard it is to pass in this car.

by the way.. I can't stand Kyle. What a punk.

It went from o no the COT is terrible nobody wants to watch this crap to wow great racing from fans so i dont think they mind
