Usually it's followed by exclamation points, often after laughter. She has a bf... for example "hahah Keith you never fail to amaze me." or "thanks for telling me NOW, Keith!!"
i dont think useing someone name all the time means anything. i use peoples names alot and i dont mean anything by it. if she has a boyfriend back off, she prob doesnt mean anything.
