i do NOT have a cat but ive just seen one sitting outside its eyes have spots around the edge and it dont look 2 good
 
Weird? Like big?
Sometimes their eyes are big when they a playing or see a bug but they can go big when they are sick. My cat had kidney failure and when we checked up on him at the vet, his pupils were huge. O_O
Turns out we had to put him down the next day.. Sniff. :[

define weird-need more info to help u.do u mean an extra eyelid across eye?sometimes,just means the cat has been sleeping/not fully awake.but if its there all day,eye may be injured or infected.or,cat may have a respiratory infection.
