...diet.... ? Like, for instance....
Breakfast : Jam sandwhich, piece of chocolate.
Dinner : Cheesestring, bowl of cereal.
Tea : Fruit Flakes, quorn chicken nuggets.
Later : Bowl of baked beans.
biscuits.
Would that be unhealthy just because I'm eating the wrong foods at the wrong times, even though all throughout the day this is fairly balanced...?
I'm not saying healthy XD I've got such a sweet tooth that it's impossible for me to be perfectly healthy, I think
