Does it matter if you don't meet all the conditions for your university offer?

I've received 4 offers from universities to study music. They have all asked for ABB with an A in music. I was just wondering if anyone had not achieved the grades that were asked and were still allowed in. I'm concerned that I am not going to achieve these grades, I am dyslexic and hugely struggle with exams. For my ASs I got ABCC but I had easy papers and I'm not sure I shall even achieve that this year.
Where there are 3 *s it is supposed to read AS levels...

Also, the universities I've received offers from are York, Durham, Leeds and Liverpool
