Does it make you mad when people on bikes ignore traffic lights?

Try Atlanta when those idiots are riding.
I have nothing against riding a bike but I think they should have to follow the same rules that motorcycles and cars do if they insist they have the same rights to ride the roads.
 
I hate how so many of them think traffic signals don't apply to them. Once I almost ran over some idiot on a bike because he rode out right in front of me when I had a green light.
