Does it cost money to use msn on a cellphone?

I have msn on my phone and I went on it today. I live in Ontario, Canada and my phone is rogers (samsung) and I was wondering if it costs money the way text messages do?

My friend has msn on her phone too and she doesn't pay anything.
 
It depends if ur data plan is unlimited then u will be accessing internet for free. otherwise, some plans charge by the amount of data (kilobytes) exchanged during ur usage.
