does it cost money to send pics frm a phone to a laptop with bluetooth?

i hav sum pics i want on my laptop frm my phone but i go to send pic and t says connect or auto connect and if i press connect will that put me on the internet? cause i cant go online with my phone or send/open pics so if i try this will i be charged???
