i live in the united states,this woman i know goes to college in toronto,i want to send her a phone to replace the one her drunk friend ruined,and i want to send her one on my plan so i can talk to her whenever i want to and vise versa,would there be roaming charges or anything extra like that on the bill for using a phone under my plan in canada?
does it cost extra to use a verizon/tmobile phone in canada?
