Does it cost anything to Skype Mobile call someone internationally who also has Skype

Mobile? I use Verizon Wireless, and I'm planning to get a smartphone (a Droid, to be specific) which has Skype Mobile. My friend in Singapore has a smartphone that also has Skype Mobile. Would it cost us anything to make calls to each other?
