Does it bother you when people who ride bicycles ride in the street?

Am i the only one? While driving down a winding two lane road i get stuck behind people in spandex going 20 miles an hour. I try to pass them, but should I really have to? I think they need to stick to parks and side walks... what are your thoughts?
I understand Jon, but they are not a car and they can't go as fast as a car. Why would they have just as much of a right... I guess people can walk in the street if they want to then...
 
It makes me really nervous when people ride on the street. Far too many times have I seen people on bikes swerve to avoid something in front of them; only to force the car trying to get by into another lane of traffic to avoid make a hood ornament out of them.

Even with bike lanes; I think it's too much of a hazard.
