My family is in somewhat of a pot hole regarding our income and finances. I am not saying that we are poor, but since my parents are very "different" they believe that its ok to keep our house at 50-60 degrees F. I believe this is freezing and horrible, and affects my health, especially since i ma trying to keep my metabolism up and lose weight/ gain muscle. Please give me some support.
Does it affect your health to live in a cold environment?
