I am in a union shop, and all my checks simply have my gross pay, plus deductions. There is no payrate, overtime, doubletime, hours worked, ect. Sometimes it doesn't even have my union deductions on it. Is this legal? I live in Indiana, and I'd like to go to the grievance board about this, but I want to have my facts right. If it is required, or if anyone knows of any laws that apply, could you cite the specific labor law?
