I'm in need of meditation to get financial information concerning checks written, insurance claims and monthly assessments in the State of Illinois concerning a condominium. In 2007 the Legal Assistance Foundation of Metropolitan Chicago did not help. I have been advised to try agencies such as CARPLS, Lawyer's Committee for Better Housing ETC. Are these agencies any good?
