An insurance company based in Hong Kong is dishonestly trying to avoid paying my claim, and I would like to know if there is such an organization in Hong Kong as the Better Business Bureau, or some other organization that I can address this problem to. Or maybe there is an international organization?
Does Hong Kong have something like a Better Business Bureau or an insurance ombudsman?
