I am currently making jams and marmalades and want to increase my sales and i live in the west mids. I was wondering what price to charge etc.

I don't know about out of the back of a car, but at the craft sales I go to people usually charge $5 for a small jar and $7 or so for a bigger jar. I would do like a $5 each and 3 for $12 or something like that, and 3 for $15 for the bigger ones.

Speaking of increasing sales, have you looked into selling at your local craft sales and farmers markets?

Im not sure what price you should charge but i have seen jam/marmalade/various pickles being sold at car boot sales, but think of it as a farmer's market, lay out a table with a nice clean table cloth, etc. presentation will catch the customers attention
