I am making homemade granola and all of the recipes I have found call for it to be baked. Is this really important if I am going to keep it frozen until I use it? It consists of oats, coconut, dried fruit, various seeds, a small amount of agave nectar and a small amount of oil.
My question is more from a health standpoint...is it harmful if it uncooked.
